Wij waren al even op zoek naar een slim outdoor stopcontact. Dan zijn we op Hombli gebotst. Het is heel gemakkelijk te installeren en oogt mooi, het past perfect bij onze stopcontacten, want deze zijn ook in zwart/grijs. Het handige is ook dat je een drukknop hebt om uit of in te schakelen.
Naast de standaard app hebben we deze ook snel kunnen koppelen in zowel Home Assistant als Homey, en zo automatiseren wij onze vijver verlichting op basis van zonsop- en -ondergang. Het verbruik van onze pompen kan gevolgd worden in alle applicaties.

We cannot say that the interface is very sophisticated and very pleasing to the eye but it at least has the merit of being simple and clear. The socket connects easily to wifi and in my case there is no loss of signal while the outlet is outside the house. I use it to control the electricity production of my solar panels that are plugged into it. The flow works in both directions and in my case, where it says consumption, this actually means production but unfortunately we cannot configure and change the name of the meters. I therefore recommend this socket which works very well with self-consumption solar kits. Unlike the one supplied with solar kits, this socket is waterproof and can therefore be used outdoors. I think that the waterproofness of the socket has its limits and I would not risk leaving it in the rain. I will say that this socket resists ambient humidity well outside but I am convinced that it must still be in a sheltered place. In my case, it is outside but it is sheltered under an awning. Ich besitze zwei Hombli Smart Outdoor Socket 2. Einer davon wurde schon ausgetauscht. Super Service. Jetzt ist der zweite auch defekt. Ich wollt das Ladegerät für mein E-Bike damit Steuern. Leider habe ich festgestellt, das dies nicht funktioniert und nach einer gewissen zeit der Hombli Smart Outdoor Socket 2 kaputt geht. Schade. Dadurch gebe ich nur 2 Sterne.

Very happy with my purchase, exactly what I was looking for, solar panel production monitoring.

We’ve got three indoors Hombli plugs and a garden lamp. While my husband protested, which is his thing, that he will definitely always remember to go out and switch the lamp on and off, I just bought this plug and showed him how to program it. The lamp now switches on at sunset and off at 1am. Reliably and always. (I set two events, just in case, five minutes apart, but only once over a few months of use did the first fail to work – and I got a notification telling me it didn’t work, too.) Improved software, very good quality, what’s not to love?

The product was shipped quickly and I am very satisfied :-) It's a shame the same thing isn't available with a CH plug.

Does a good job - I can call up my current as well as the daily, monthly and annual output of the balcony PV on a daily basis. Currently 8 Kwh a day is pure joy.......
