When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

The amber-coloured Hombli Smart Filament Bulb has an eye-catching vintage design that fits well in any room. Quick and easy installation
Srew the smart filament bulb into an E27 fitting and select the bulb in the Hombli app to pair it to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz). You don’t need an extra bridge or hub. Follow the rest of the instructions in the app to successfully install your smart lights.

In the Hombli app you easily switch your smart lights on, adjust the hue of your lights, dim them or create customized scenarios. Wherever you are and whenever you like.

J’ai pris le pack de 2 ampoules, les deux clignotent quand elles sont fermées. On me dit de les réinitialiser. J’ai donc tenté de les reinstaller mais rien n’à faire. J’en avais une avant qui fonctionnait parfaitement, mais ce lot-ci est défectueux et inutilisable.

Merci pour votre message. Si les deux ampoules Hombli continuent de clignoter lorsqu’elles sont éteintes, cela peut effectivement indiquer un défaut. Vous avez déjà essayé de les réinitialiser et de les réinstaller, ce qui résout normalement le problème. Comme cela n’a pas fonctionné, il semble que ce lot soit défectueux.
Dans ce cas, nous vous conseillons de contacter notre équipe support à support@hombli.com. Veuillez indiquer :
- Le problème (ampoules qui clignotent lorsqu’elles sont éteintes)

wir haben die Birnen in unseren Gehweg Lampen in Kombination mit dem hombli pathway. Es sieht einfach toll aus.
Werken prima, de twee lampen staan naast elkaar. Het blijkt lastig te zijn om de kleur goed af te stellen. Nummers bij de schuif schaal zou dit veel eenvoudiger kunnen maken. Dat gaat ook op voor de lichtopbrengst

Bedankt voor je duidelijke feedback! Ik zal je suggestie om nummers toe te voegen aan de kleur- en helderheidsschuiven meenemen in onze lijst met aanbevelingen voor de development roadmap. Dit soort input helpt ons echt om de gebruikservaring van de Hombli‑app te verbeteren.
Voor nu kun je de twee lampen groeperen in de Hombli‑app zodat ze altijd exact dezelfde kleur en helderheid hebben. Open hiervoor één van de lampen, tik rechtsboven op het potlood‑icoon, kies Groeperen, en selecteer beide lampen. Daarna verschijnt er op het startscherm één extra apparaat (groep) waarmee je ze tegelijk aanstuurt.

An sich funtioniert die Smartbulb im Standartbetrieb gut.
Das grosse Manko sind die Betafunktionen. Beaonders die Bioryrhmusfunktion schaltet meist um Mitternachr Licht an. Und morgens wenn sie anschalten soll tut sie es nicht.
Ich hoffe, dass es bald aus der Beta-phase raus ist ansonsten suche ich mir eine alternative.
Deze lamp gebruikt bij een sfeervolle lamp van Bold Monkey The Tail Will Follow met een zwarte walvisstaart.
Maakt de lamp heel mooi en komt daardoor volledig tot zijn recht!
Ze gaan helaas veel sneller kapot dan de aangegeven levensduur.

but the App is works damn random settings, light brightness... doesn't work well. at some point, the lamp turns on at 100 brightness when I have a timer to turn it off through Rhythms.
Very easy to install and to switch between colors by the app. You can also set up some scenes to switch between multiple colors or just use it as a white light.
Very easy to install the lamps by the hombli app. You can control the lamps by the app, but also perfectly integrates in the google ecosystem and Siri commands. Would definitely recommend these!

Easy to set up using the Hombli app and bulbs works fine.
Like all Hombli products, the quality of the hardware is not in question, but the story that if they are without power they lose their configurations and have to be reconnected via the app procedure is really boring.

Anyone looking for a GU10 LED with colour variants is best off with these. Top colour image, super brightness, easy to integrate into all SmartHome apps (Alexa, etc.). They do what they are supposed to do, so an absolute recommendation.
The light are one of the cheapest without the need for a hub to control them.Setup too a little bit more time and the app feels like a iOS port.The lights itself are great when they work but I've had different bulbs disconnect each month. Having to reset them, which als required another setup in Google Home.Are they worth the hassle. It's becoming less and less for me.
Als ik de Hombli smart filament bulb lichtbron monteer, is deze dan ook nog te dimmen middels een (led-) dimmer in de muur?
Dus eventueel zonder gebruik te maken van de app of juist in combinatie met de app.

Bedankt voor uw vraag! Nee, de Hombli Smart Filament Bulb is niet compatibel met een (LED-)muurdimmer. Als u de lamp via een externe dimmer probeert te dimmen, kan deze gaan knipperen of onstabiel gedrag vertonen.
Wel kunt u de lamp probleemloos dimmen via de Hombli app, waar u ook slimme scenario’s kunt instellen voor automatische aanpassing van de helderheid.

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
