When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Keep your garden green with the Hombli Smart Water Controller 2. You can choose exactly on what day, for how long, and how often you want your garden to be watered. This helps you keep your plants optimally watered and you won’t have to worry about turning off the sprinkler anymore. It is very easy to adapt the settings with your smartphone or tablet through the Hombli app. When you use the app you can even have the water controller take the weather into account.

Screw the Smart Water Controller onto the water tap (compatible with 1” (33,3mm) and 3/4” (26,5mm) threads), attach the garden hose to the Smart Water Controller, and follow the instructions in the app to successfully install your Smart Water Controller.

The Hombli app is the easiest way to control your Hombli Smart Water Controller. Turn it on/off, check your water consumption, and set customized time schedules. Wherever you are and whenever you want.
The smart irrigation system of the Smart Water Controller makes sure your lawn, patio plants, flower beds, and hedges stay in top condition. While you are laying in the garden or on the couch, your water controller is watering the garden. You can choose between 2 watering features in the app: Continuous (watering without intervals) and Pulse (watering with intervals).
Voice Control
Is your phone out of reach? Ask Alexa, Google Assistant, or Siri to activate your water controller. Connect the water controller to a Google Home Mini Speaker, Google Nest Hub, or Amazon Echo Dot and control your water timer hands-free with your voice.

Colossal waste of money. I bought two hoping for an easy solution to watering when I am away. First, the connections are made of plastic, not metal. They leak and sputter on my outdoor faucets (which have never leaked as long as I have owned the house.). I tried tightening even more and it just sputtered. Given the water always has to be set to 'on' when this is attached, it would amount to a huge amount of wasted water dripping next to the house.
Second, you need to turn the thing to open if you just want to use your hose. Not a huge deal, but annoying unless you live with your phone glued to you.
Third, I decided, 'ok, I will just attach it when I am away and live with the sputtering'. Couldn't get the bloody thing off. the two plastic bits are made of fairly soft plastic. I tried using a rubber mat to increase grip. No good. Then a wrench, but that just balded the already poor-friction outside of the spinning closure mechanism. I finally forced it off and nearly ripped an entire nail off. Plastic shredded.
Last, the thing was constantly saying disconnected. So the idea of being able to turn it on and off while I am away seems a distant dream.
Save you money. Find a neighbour who can water.

Thank you for your detailed feedback and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. The leakage you describe is not expected behaviour and is usually related to a mismatch between faucet thread types or sealing. We recommend checking if your tap uses a compatible thread and using the correct adapter ring together with a rubber washer. Applying PTFE (Teflon) tape and tightening firmly by hand (not with tools, to avoid damaging the plastic thread) often prevents sputtering. If possible, please share clear photos of your faucet and connection with us via support@hombli.com so we can identify the right adapter solution for you and avoid future issues.
Regarding usability, you can manually open the valve by pressing the button on the front without using the app, and it will run for a preset duration. So you don't need to remove the Water Controller every time you want to manually use the tap without your phone.

Ein tolles Gerät. Durch diesen smart water Controller konnte ich die bewässerung meines Gewächshauses automatisieren und muss nicht mehr jeden Tag mit der Gießkanne raus. einfach toll.
I have been using this product for roughly 2-3 weeks. There were no problems with installation and pairing. So far, the device is working very well with the Bluetooth connection. The effective connection distance is 20-30 meters, which is good. I also appreciate the Pulse mode (watering with intervals).

Great product, it does what it was bought for. simple set up with bluetooth bridge, easy scheduling, shows water quantity usage, fits with GARDENA hoses. nothing more to add - happy that I decided to go for that solution.
Installation facile et sans problème.
Par contre la configuration pour prendre en compte les scénarios météo n'est pas vraiment intuitive et ne permet pas vraiment de contrôler l'arrosage...
Le "Bridge" est facile à installer. Un seul bémol, le led qui ne peut pas être désactivé/atténué et qui brille dans la nuit.
Top bewateringscomputertje. Met de bridge overal mbv je smartphone te bedienen. Installatie is een peace of cake.

Der Hombli Smart Water Controller 2 lässt sich sehr einfach mit der App koppeln und anschliessend die Bewässerung problemlos steuern. Super Sache, nun klappt die Bewässerung.
Doet precies wat ie moet doen. Werkt zeer goed met de app. Ook handige aan/uit knop op de controller zelf.

Ja, dat klopt. Om je Hombli Smart Water Controller 2 op afstand te bedienen, heb je een Bluetooth Bridge nodig. Zonder bridge kun je de controller alleen bedienen als je met je telefoon in de buurt bent via Bluetooth. Ingestelde automatische schema’s blijven wel werken, ook als je niet verbonden bent.
Met de Bluetooth Bridge kun je de watercontroller overal ter wereld bedienen via de app, en werken ook extra functies zoals automatiseringen, slimme scenario’s en spraakbesturing.

Waarom zijn zijn mijn batterijen zo gauw leeg? Na 2 weken weer vervangen en gebruik niet meer dan 3 uur per week
Dat is natuurlijk niet de bedoeling!

Goedemorgen,
Moet voor verbinding met de Hombli Smart Water Controller altijd de bluetooth gebruik worden (aan staan)
En bij het binnenkomen van de app krijg ik altijd eerst het scherm "Device Connection Failure"
soms verdwijnt dit naar een paar keer klikken, maar meestal duurt het lang door dat ik eindelijk in de app kan bedienen. Terinfo de batterij is vol.

Er zijn twee manieren om verbinding te maken met de Hombli Smart Water Controller:
1. Via de Bluetooth-verbinding van de telefoon: In dit geval zal de verbinding wegvallen als u niet in de buurt bent van het apparaat of als Bluetooth op de telefoon uit staat.
2. Via de Hombli Bluetooth Bridge: Als de Water Controller verbonden is met de Bluetooth Bridge, kunt u hem ook bedienen als u niet in de buurt bent van de Water Controller.
Als u de melding "Device Connection Failure" krijgt terwijl de Water Controller verbonden is met de Bluetooth Bridge, dan is deze waarschijnlijk niet goed verbonden. We helpen u graag verder om dit op te lossen. Hiervoor hebben we wat meer informatie nodig over uw apparaten. Kunt u contact opnemen met support@hombli.com?

Is it possible to have 2 Hombli watering divices on the same fauget, so I can chooose which of them is open, to watering the garden?

You cannot connect two watering devices directly to one Water Controller. However, it is possible to connect multiple Water Controllers to the Hombli app. I recommend buying a standard faucet splitter and connecting two Water Controllers to this splitter. This way, you can control two watering devices separately via the app.

What’s new?
The Hombli Smart Water Controller 2 has one big improvement over the previous one: it uses Bluetooth! Hombli works towards using Bluetooth for all outdoor products. This is more reliable and makes it much easier to control your Hombli devices. Especially since it all connects to the same Hombli Smart Bluetooth Bridge. This means that there is no separate RF gateway included with the Water Controller anymore, nicely reducing e-waste as well.

Timers and locally stored automatic schedules
Prevent your garden from flooding or overwatering your plants by setting a timer or creating a schedule. Your water controller automatically switches itself off at a specific time, based on the schedule set up by you in the Hombli app. Any schedule you have made gets stored locally on the water controller, so it will keep working even when you are away.
View current water consumption
Would you like to keep an eye on your water consumption? In the free Hombli app, you can check the current consumption 24/7. You can set time schedules, create smart scenarios, or turn on the Pulse feature to regulate water consumption and limit costs.
Designed for outdoor
The Smart Water Controller is resistant to external influences. The controller is both sunlight-resistant and IP54 waterproof (splash-proof and resistant to dust). When it freezes the Smart Water Controller must be removed from the water tap to prevent frost damage.
