When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

I wanted a power strip that I could hang under my desk, show power usage and control via my phone or smart home devices. The Hombli Power Strip is perfect for that since it has 2 holes in the back and built-in power usage monitoring. I hung it under my desk by simply putting 2 screws in the desk.
It also feels like it's made of good quality material and I have never had any issues with the app.
I think it would be nice if it could also monitor the power usage when connecting something directly to the USB-A or C port. It only monitors power usage when plugging in an actual adapter.
Bought 2 of these, one for the living room and 1 for my home office, these are ideal for charhing phones whenever you can't find any power adapter and you are only have the cable :-)

Ik ben al jarenlang fan van Hombli en gebruik zéér veel de slimme stekkers (die ik al veel aan vrienden en buren heb aangeraden) en de led strips. In januari 2024 kocht ik een Smart power strip via Coolblue. In maart 2026 werkte de 2 stroomadapters ineens niet meer. Contact opgenomen met Hombli maar daar zeiden ze contact op te nemen met de verkoper. Probleem voorgelegd aan Coolblue en zij regelden een retour. Na enkele dagen kreeg ik een melding dat ze contact opgenomen hadden met Hombli en deze meldde dat er geen reparatie op gedaan wordt na de garantietijd. Inderdaad de garantie was 2 maanden verlopen maar als die adapters zo snel stuk gaan doet mij toch twijfelen aan de kwaliteit ervan. De stekkers op zich werken nog wel maar als je het daar alleen voor gebruikt is dat een dure stekker. Zo'n stekker koop je voor een fractie van deze prijs. Jammer dit te moeten melden maar ik neem wel een alternatief om deze te power strip te vervangen.
Heel tevreden ! Bij mijn eerste bestelling zat een smart power strip die niet 100% goed werkte .
Werd onmiddellijk onder garantie vervangen . Nu werkt alles perfect , bedankt voor de heel vlotte afhandeling .
I bought this power strip and the internet where i live is not amazing so when i put the power strip on a timer it refuses to work just bombards my phone with fail notifications if you have bad internet stay away from this power strip and even when i turn it off manually it´s a hassle

So sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your wifi connection to the Hombli Power strip. There are several things that you can do to improve the connection, such as creating a dedicated 2.4Ghz network. In the Hombli app you can do a network diagnoses that you can share to us via support@hombli.com so we can specific tips and instructions.

Ik heb een Power Strip, en Ik heb recentelijk gemerkt dat de middelste stopcontact na een uur zichzelf uitschakelt. Is dat een normale functie van de strip, of heb ik ergens een setting gemist?

Dat klinkt inderdaad alsof er mogelijk een timer of automatisering actief is voor het middelste stopcontact. Controleer in de Hombli-app of er een "Auto-uit" instelling, timer of schema is ingesteld. Deze kun je vinden via het zandloper-icoon of onder de scenario instellingen van de Hombli app.
Als er geen timer of schema actief is en het probleem blijft optreden, stuur dan gerust een e-mail naar support@hombli.com met het Device ID van de Power Strip. Dan kunnen we de logs bekijken om te achterhalen waardoor het stopcontact automatisch uitschakelt.

Beste Evert, de Hombli Power Strip meet het totaal stroomverbruik van alle 3 stopcontacten, dus je kunt helaas niet zien wat het verbruik is per individueel stopcontact.
