When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Geweldig dat ook deze werkt op de app zodat je alle apparaten centraal hebt. Zeer nuttig apparaat wegens ons houtkachel waar toch af en toe asdeeltjes de woonkamer in komen.

Das Gerät verfügt über zwei Betriebsmodi. Im niedrigsten Modus erzeugt es nur etwa 30 dB, was vergleichbar mit einem leisen Flüstern ist. Daher eignet es sich gut für den Betrieb im Schlafzimmer während der Nacht.

Vielen Dank für deine Frage!
Der HEPA-Filter im Hombli Smart Air Purifier kann in begrenztem Maße mit einem Staubsauger gereinigt werden. Damit lässt sich der Großteil des oberflächlichen Staubs entfernen. Bitte beachte jedoch, dass feine Staubpartikel, die tiefer in den Filter eindringen, nicht vollständig mit dem Staubsauger entfernt werden können. Daher empfehlen wir, den HEPA-Filter mindestens einmal pro Jahr zu ersetzen, abhängig von der Nutzung und der Luftqualität im Raum.
Wenn der Luftreiniger intensiv genutzt wird oder sich in einer Umgebung mit viel Staub, Rauch oder Haustieren befindet, kann ein häufigerer Filterwechsel erforderlich sein. Das Gerät zeigt automatisch an, wenn ein Filterwechsel nötig ist – die Betriebsanzeige beginnt dann rot zu blinken.
Zusätzlich enthält der Hombli-Filter eine Schicht aus aktivem Kohlenstoff, die unangenehme Gerüche und schädliche Gase absorbiert. Diese Schicht ist nach einer gewissen Zeit gesättigt und hält bei durchschnittlicher Nutzung etwa 12 Monate.
Unser Tipp: Reinige den Filter gelegentlich mit dem Staubsauger, um die Lebensdauer etwas zu verlängern, aber tausche ihn rechtzeitig aus, um eine optimale Leistung des Geräts zu gewährleisten.

Key features of the Hombli Smart Air Purifier
Removes up to 99.97% of airborne bacteria and viruses
Thanks to the 3-part filter system, dirty particles such as particulate matter, pollen, allergens, mold, bacteria, viruses, cigarette smoke, dust mites, and pet dander are quickly and effectively rendered harmless. The HEPA filter captures particles (as small as 0.3 microns) and the carbon filter transforms polluted air and unpleasant odors into clean and fresh air. The filters are replaceable and last an average of 1 year, depending on usage.

Always aware of current air quality
The air purifier has a built-in air indicator that monitors the air quality in the room 24/7. You can check its status throughout the day, wherever you are, in the Hombli app. Are you just at home? Then you can read the air quality from the colors on the device's control panel ranging from green (good), yellow (fair) and red (bad).
Different ventilation modes (incl. silent night mode)
With 3 different ventilation modes, there is a suitable solution for every situation. Have you just played sports in the room, does it smell like smoke or do you just want to quickly ventilate the room? Then turn the smart air purifier to its loudest setting. Want to use the air purifier in the bedroom? Choose the softest setting and it does its job silently. In smart "auto mode," the air purifier tunes itself to the air quality on its own and you don't have to do anything yourself.
Combine Hombli products with each other
The Hombli Smart Air Purifier works fluidly with other Hombli smart home products. Through the Hombli app, you can easily create smart scenarios with smart lighting and smart plugs, for example. Hombli products also work with other brands that support the Tuya IoT platform.
