When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Gemakkelijk te installeren zonder bridge
Deze energiezuinige slimme GU10 LED spotje installeer je in een handomdraai! Via de Hombli app koppel je de smart lamp direct aan je wifi netwerk zonder bridge of andere extra hardware. Schroef de slimme lamp in een GU10 fitting, schakel de lamp 3 keer in- en uit en volg de instructies in de app.
Bediening met je telefoon
Met de Hombli app bedien je de GU10 smart lamp op elk gewenst moment thuis, onderweg en zelfs op vakantie. Dankzij de gebruiksvriendelijke app interface maak je eenvoudig gebruik van slimme functies: zet de smart lamp aan- en uit, bepaal het kleur licht, dim je verlichting en creëer je geautomatiseerde scenarios.

Dimmer zonder installatie

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
