When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses our own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping of products. Products from our own warehouse are commonly shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6,95. Outside of the Netherlands shipping costs are €7,95. Shipping is free for orders above €75,- in the European Union.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Does a good job - I can call up my current as well as the daily, monthly and annual output of the balcony PV on a daily basis. Currently 8 Kwh a day is pure joy.......

Great value for money, would be happy again
Very easy to use and ready to work straight away
We cannot say that the interface is very sophisticated and very pleasing to the eye but it at least has the merit of being simple and clear. The socket connects easily to wifi and in my case there is no loss of signal while the outlet is outside the house. I use it to control the electricity production of my solar panels that are plugged into it. The flow works in both directions and in my case, where it says consumption, this actually means production but unfortunately we cannot configure and change the name of the meters. I therefore recommend this socket which works very well with self-consumption solar kits. Unlike the one supplied with solar kits, this socket is waterproof and can therefore be used outdoors. I think that the waterproofness of the socket has its limits and I would not risk leaving it in the rain. I will say that this socket resists ambient humidity well outside but I am convinced that it must still be in a sheltered place. In my case, it is outside but it is sheltered under an awning. I will not try the experiment of leaving it plugged in in the rain.The socket is solid and well designed, in addition it is very discreet and very compact.I am very satisfied with this socket which is perfect for my solar electric self-consumption kit and I particularly recommend it for this use. summary,✅️ very compact✅️ very discreet✅️ solid and well designed✅️ perfect for controlling the production of self-consumption solar panels✅️ resistant to ambient humidity✅️ good wifi connection✅️ easy to install✅️ excellent value for moneyThe minuses❌️ not pretty interface at all❌️ non-configurable interface

You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
