When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:

Ik werk veel thuis en dat gaat in de papieren lopen als de verwarming overal de hele dag aanstaat.
Ik zit voornamelijk achter de computer en dan is een gerichte warmtebron (lees infrarood paneel) een hele comfortabele oplossing.
Ik heb de 700 wat uitvoering goed voor 20 vierkante meter.
Instant warmte en niet alleen bij het bureau, hij verwarmt de hele kamer.
Zekere een aanrader.
Het paneel heeft een mooi strak design. Werkt perfect ook via de app. Minpunt: de bevestiging van de voetjes is echt waardeloos. Staat dan een beetje voorover en is niet echt stabiel. Heb hem nu maar opgehangen.

On sent la sensation de chaleur à proximité mais les objets et la pièce ne montent pas en température.
Le panneau est prévu pour être également monté sur des pieds mais ils ont été très mal conçus. Le panneau ne tient pas droit et n'est pas stable.
Het paneel is makkelijk op te hangen middels het meegeleverde sjabloon. Jammer dat de papieren handleiding en de handleiding op internet elkaar qua montage tegenspreken (90 graden gedraaide beschrijving/tekening)
Installatie en bediening via de app is heel eenvoudig en de bediening op het paneel zelf is ook duidelijk.
In ongeveer 15 minuten is de badkamer van 18,5 graden naar 23-24 graden verwarmd.
Perfecte oplossing om een ruimte apart te kunnen bijverwarmen.
Het paneel heeft een zeer strak desgin. Handig dat alles via de Hombli app loopt. Zo kun je de verlichting, beveiligingscamera en heater via één app regelen.
I bought the 350W model for my home office and I am more then happy with it.
It is heating my office perfectly and the costs are much lower then with my previous 700W heater.
Ik heb de panel heater enkele dagen in huis gehad en getest tijdens koude periode. De heater werd wel warm naar straalde geen warmte af op de omgeving. Alleen binnen 10 cm afstand was warmte voelbaar. Het opwarmen van de ruimte was niet aan de orde.
Pas op: je moet zelf je retour verzendkosten betalen!

Dank voor je feedback. De infrarood panel heater is inderdaad bedoeld om gericht warmte af te geven aan objecten en personen die zich dicht bij het paneel bevinden. Dit zorgt voor een lager energieverbruik in vergelijking met een conventionele verwarming die de volledige ruimte moet opwarmen. Voor het verwarmen van een hele kamer raden we een krachtigere oplossing aan, zoals de Hombli Smart Convection Heater van 2000W, die wel geschikt is voor het verwarmen van grotere ruimtes.

Ik kreeg een mooie aanbieding via KPN. Apparaat staat onder mijn buro op mijn thuiswerkplek en is goed in te stellen zo hoeft de centrale verwarming niet aan en blijf ik lekker op temperatuur.
Solide bouwkwaliteit. Prettige warmte effect vooral goed merkbaar in de nabijheid. App en functies zijn prima in orde.
Gekocht als zijnde spiegel, alleen is dit een donkere uitvoering. (Rook glas lijkt het). lijkt meer op een tv die je aan de wand hebt hangen dan een spiegel. stond niet goed in de omschrijving vandaar retour gestuurd. Retour kosten waren voor me zelf helaas.

Heb meerdere producten van Hombli waaronder aantal Convector kachels - Black Glass, perfect en met de bijbehorende app stuur je alles makkelijk aan.

Heating is too bad the 350W panel is heating much better
I purchased the 700W panel 14 days ago, and it arrived with damaged packaging and visible dents/deformation on the panel surface. I have never used or tested the unit and immediately initiated a return.The experience with Hombli support has been very poor: replies are extremely delayed or non-existent, and their explanations are unacceptable. For example, they suggested that I should pay return shipping and import taxes, despite being an EU resident — clearly not applicable. There is no direct contact number, only email, which they respond to very sparingly. The issue remains unresolved, making this a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Staat nergens in de specificaties (of waar dan ook) dat het snoer slechts 1,6m is. Wat betekent dat je stopcontact exact op de plek moet zitten, waar je het paneel wilt hebben. Als je het paneel wilt neerzetten en je stopcontacten zitten op 1,1m kun je 'm bijna onmogelijk zo neerzetten dat hij aan weerskanten 20 cm van muren of andere objecten verwijderd staat en dat 'ie dan in een gewenste richting straalt.
Nu moet je met verlengsnoeren rommelen, maar dat is een vochtige ruimte, zoals een badkamer geen optie.
Om een klein beetje vrijheid te hebben waar je het paneel plaatst zou een snoer van minimaal 3m moeten hebben. Als ik in de specificaties gezien had dat het snoer zo kort is, had ik deze zeker niet aangeschaft.
Just love my Hombli glass infrared heaters. I now have 2 of these, one at my home (fixed position) the other on wheels at my holiday home. I have found them to be of good quality, low cost conviennent to run, very attractive, easy to move on its wheels to where needed. I highly recommend these heaters.
Enough for a small room.
I would like to replace all my old heaters with the 700w model.

Dit model is uitsluitend geschikt voor wandmontage of staande plaatsing (met de meegeleverde voeten, indien van toepassing).
Plafondmontage wordt afgeraden omdat:
- De montagebeugels hier niet voor ontworpen zijn.
- De warmteafgifte en veiligheid niet kunnen worden gegarandeerd bij montage aan het plafond.

Het paneel is uitsluitend ontworpen voor wandmontage en wordt geleverd met de bijbehorende bevestigingsmaterialen. Plafondmontage wordt afgeraden omdat:
- De meegeleverde beugels hier niet geschikt voor zijn
- De warmteafgifte en veiligheid niet gegarandeerd kunnen worden
- Dit buiten de aanbevolen installatie-instructies valt

Hoe heet wordt het infrarood paneel zelf ? Kun je het nog veilig aanraken zonder je te verbranden ? Worden hogere wattage panelen heter ?

Dank voor je vraag! Het Hombli Smart Infrared Panel Heater – 350W Metal wordt tijdens gebruik inderdaad behoorlijk warm.
De oppervlaktetemperatuur kan tot ongeveer 95°C oplopen. Dit is normaal voor infraroodpanelen, omdat ze stralingswarmte afgeven via een heet oppervlak.

Kan ik deze heater ook aan het plafond hangen in de badkamer?

De Hombli Smart Infrared Panel Heater – 350W (Metal) kan niet aan het plafond worden gemonteerd. Het ontwerp en de bevestigingsbeugels zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor wandmontage.
Wat betreft gebruik in de badkamer:
- Deze heater heeft IP24-bescherming, wat betekent dat hij geschikt is voor gebruik in vochtige ruimtes, zoals een badkamer.
- Let op: IP24 betekent niet dat de heater overal in de badkamer geplaatst mag worden. Hij mag niet in de spatwaterzones komen (zoals direct boven de douche, bad of op plekken waar hij direct water kan ontvangen).
