When will I receive my product?

Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.

How can I track my order?

Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.

Can I return a product?

All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:

1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

By connecting this extension piece to the Hombli Smart Outdoor String Light, you can provide larger outdoor spaces with a warm and cosy atmosphere. This extension piece is 5 metres long and has 10 bulbs (DC12V) with warm white light. The Hombli Smart Outdoor String Light Extension is specially designed for outdoors and is weatherproof (IP65).

Easy installation

You simply connect this extension piece to the Hombli Smart Outdoor String Light to extend the light string to 10 metres. You can connect up to 2 extensions together for a total length of 15 metres. Because the way of hanging differs per situation, fixing material is not included. Ask for professional advice at your local DIY store.

The Hombli Smart String Light is specially designed for use in outdoor environments such as the garden, balcony or terrace. This string light is IP65 weatherproof and is protected against rain and dust.

Mooie uitbreiding op de start set met nog meer sfeer.

Deze uitbreiding is mooi en leuk om nog meer sfeer in de tuin te krijgen en past heel eenvoudig op de startset.

I am unable to switch on the Hombli outdoor String Light. What may be the problem?

Thank you for reaching out! If your Hombli Outdoor String Light Extension (5m) is not switching on, here are a few steps you can try:
- Check the bulbs: Make sure each bulb is screwed in very tightly. The connectors need a firm connection for the lights to work.
- Reset the lights: Press and hold the button on the adapter until the lights start blinking. This will reset them and allow you to add them again in the Hombli app.
- Verify the power source: Since you’ve already tested the socket, also check if the adapter and extension cable are properly connected.

If the lights still do not turn on after these steps, please contact us at support@hombli.com. You have a two-year warranty, so if the product is defective, we will replace it for you.

Ich habe im letzten Jahr eine Smart Outdoor String Light erworben. Bis heute ist es mir nicht gelungen, die Kette zum Leuchten zu bringen. Es ist nie ein langsames oder schnelles Blinken erfolgt. Ich habe mehrfach ein zurücksetzen versucht. Ohne Erfolg. Kann ich irgendwie versuchen, ob die Glühbirnen intakt sind? Gibt es noch andere Möglichkeiten?

Vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht! Wenn die Glühbirnen gar nicht leuchten, kann es sein, dass sie nicht fest genug eingeschraubt sind. Bitte versuchen Sie, jede Glühbirne vorsichtig etwas fester einzudrehen, bis sie gut sitzt.

Falls die Glühbirnen normal leuchten, aber sich nicht steuern lassen oder nicht blinken beim Zurücksetzen, liegt das Problem wahrscheinlich nicht an den austauschbaren Glühbirnen, sondern am Adapter.

Zum Zurücksetzen halten Sie bitte die Reset-Taste am Adapter für etwa 5 Sekunden gedrückt, bis die Lichter blinken. Wenn das nicht funktioniert, empfehlen wir, sich an unseren Kundenservice unter support@hombli.com zu wenden – das Hombli-Team hilft Ihnen gerne weiter.
