When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Wat is dat maat van zoon blokje. Ik zag in de tekst product hoogte 9,5 cm. Maar dat kan niet. Want het vakje waar die in moet is 3 cm hoog.

Bedankt voor je vraag en voor het opmerken van de fout! Je hebt helemaal gelijk dat 9,5 cm niet klopt. De juiste afmetingen van het deodorizer blokje zijn:
- Hoogte: 4,5 cm
- Lengte: 6 cm
- Breedte: 2,4 cm
Het blokje is inderdaad iets hoger dan het vakje (3 cm), waardoor het een beetje uitsteekt. Dit is bewust zo ontworpen, zodat je het gemakkelijk kunt verwijderen. De deodorizers zitten in een plastic omhulsel dat je kunt laten zitten, zodat het vervangen eenvoudig blijft.

Comment fait-on pour nettoyer la litière et qu'elle est la périodicité recommandée pour deux chats

Pour nettoyer la Hombli Smart Cat Litter Box, il est important de vider régulièrement le bac et de le laver avec de l’eau tiède et un détergent doux afin de ne pas endommager les capteurs. Pour deux chats, nous recommandons de nettoyer le bac au moins une fois par semaine et de remplacer complètement la litière pour garantir une bonne hygiène. Les déodorisants doivent être changés toutes les deux semaines, et l’application Hombli vous avertira lorsque cela est nécessaire. Elle vous informera également lorsque les sacs à déchets sont pleins, afin que vous puissiez intervenir à temps.

How long will the deodizers for the cat litter box last?

Thanks for your question! The Hombli Smart Cat Litter Box Deodorizers are designed to last for 14 days. After that, the app will send you a reminder notification when it’s time to replace the deodorizer, so you won’t have to keep track manually.

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
