When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.

Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut. Auch die Montage war problemlos dank der klaren Anleitung.
In eerste instantie ging het koppelen met telefoon en afstandsbediening niet goed, dankzij uitstekende ondersteuning van Hombli en nieuwe instructie werkt het product uitstekend en ben ik zeer tevreden over dit mooie product. Ik overweeg een 2e aan te schaffen!

This ceiling fan is incredibly silent and surprisingly effective. I am someone that is easily annoyed by low buzzing sounds, but this fan is so silent that I can't even hear it at all. It has a great design and is very easy to set up.
It has a built-in light that you can control via the remote or the app on your mobile phone. Both work flawlessly but if you like to customize the color then it's much easier to do so via the app.
During these summer days, this is a very pleasant addition to The Hombli Smart family.
Only challenge was to find someone, who can help to install it. Maybe Hombli Support can place links to technician who can help out with the installation.

J'ai toujours été salisfait des produits Hombli et celui-ci ne fait pas exception.
Le ventilateur est très joli et bien conçu, et il dispose de nombreuses fonctions :
- Ventilateur classique avec 6 niveaux de vitesse - fonctionne super bien !
- Ventilateur inversé qui répand l'air chaud (situé au plafond) dans la pièce
- Contrôle complet de la lumière (couleur, intensité, ...)
- Il est contrôlable avec la télécommande fournie mais aussi avec l'application qui offre plus d'options...

Die Inbetriebnahme ist sehr einfach! Musste einfach noch ein Adapterplatte drucken, um die Dachschräge (8.5°) auszugleichen. Evtl. würde es Sinn machen eine entsprechende Befestigungsmöglichkeit (flexibel einstellbar von 0 - 15°) als Zubehör anzubieten. Ich denke, dass schräge Decken doch ab und zu vorkommen.
Einziger Minuspunkt sehe ich im Signalton. Es ist von Vorteil einen Ton als Rückmeldung zu erhalten, aber dieser ist zu laut. Falls irgendwie möglich in der Software Lautstärke einstellbar, oder diesen fix leiser einstellen. Jetzt habe ich ihn deaktiviert, aber dies ist auch keine gute Lösung, da keine Rückmeldung, ob die gewünschte Aktion auch erfolgt.
Ben zeer tevreden met deze aankoop, had hem snel opgehangen met de goede begeleidende instructies. Voldoet aan onze verwachtingen, en is in vergelijking met de oude ventilator zeer stil.
The hombli ceiling fan has been a lifesaver. My wife and I have different needs for night temperature. The ease of control makes that possible. The 6 settings give great room control and the timer makes it ok to fall asleep while it's still on. It's almost completely silent so no irritating buzzes or hums. Bought on preorder meant waiting a while but totally worth the wait.
I am incredibly happy with my purchase. The floor cooling system in my house broke down and I’ve been looking around for ceiling fans and I must say that the Hombli smart fan definitely stood out and it didn’t disappoint. The design is elegant and it’s super cool that I can adjust the light colour and control the fan through the Hombli app.
The fan is really beautiful and, in principle, it works well, however the whole day I am receiving "device is offline" notifications, when the device 1. isn't offline and 2. is right next to the router.
Normally I would just turn off the notifications but I also have cameras in my kids' rooms that notify me when there is a sound or movement, so I need the notifications on. It looks like I can't change the notifications per device which is a shame, because then I would just turn the fan notifications off while enabling the camera notifications.
I use hombli for all of my smart home devices so it's a bit of a shame that this is adding an annoyance in a once perfectly functioning system...

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Smart Ceiling Fan. We understand how frustrating it can be to receive offline notifications when the device is actually online and close to the router.
To address this issue, we have updated the logic for offline notifications. You can now adjust these settings under the device settings menu. When enabled, notifications will only be sent if the device remains offline for more than 30 minutes. If you prefer, you can disable this function entirely to stop receiving offline notifications.
We hope this change reduces the inconvenience you've been experiencing. However, it's important to ensure that the connection between your router and the Ceiling Fan remains stable. If you have a strong WiFi network, this should not be a problem.

Duidelijke instructie hoe de ventilator in elkaar te zetten.
Zeer goede kwaliteit
Te bedienen met de hombli app
Fluisterstille plafondventilator. Krachtige fraaie lamp met goede functionele bediening in de app. Tijdloos ontwerp, mooie houten bladen. Helemaal tevreden. Fan van de fan.
Ik heb twee Hombli plafondventilators in de pre-order gekocht. Na een lange wachttijd zijn ze eindelijk geleverd, en mijn eerste indruk is overwegend positief.
De montage verliep soepel. De ventilatoren zijn eenvoudig in elkaar te zetten met duidelijke instructies. Wel viel me op dat de gaten in de ophangbeugel vrij dicht bij de plafondoos zitten. Hierdoor kon ik de ventilator niet precies in het midden van de doos monteren. Ik moest de beugel iets verschuiven om voldoende ruimte te hebben om de schroefgaten te boren. Dit is niet onoverkomelijk, maar iets om rekening mee te houden tijdens de installatie.
Zodra de ventilator gemonteerd is, is het instellen via de Hombli app kinderspel. De app is gekoppeld aan mijn "Google Home"-omgeving, waardoor ik de ventilator gemakkelijk via mijn smartphone kan bedienen. De bediening werkt intuïtief en biedt meerdere snelheidsstanden.
Wat me vooral opvalt, is hoe stil de ventilator draait. Zelfs op de hoogste stand is het geluid minimaal, wat hem ideaal maakt voor gebruik in de slaapkamer of woonkamer.
Kortom: een moderne, stille plafondventilator die eenvoudig te monteren en te bedienen is. Een kleine aanpassing aan het ontwerp van de ophangbeugel zou hem perfect maken.

Wat een mooi ding in de slaapkamer! Wij hebben hem met houten bladen.
Zelfs in stand 6 is hij nog erg stil en hij geeft een serieus lekkere bries. De verlichting is erg mooi, makkelijk instelbaar met afstandsbediening en met de app.
De signaaltoon is erg hard als je op een van de knopjes drukt van de afstandsbediening. Ik heb nergens op internet of in de gebruiksaanwijzing kunnen vinden hoe je dat **** uitschakelen, maar toen ik de app geïnstalleerd had kwam ik een optie tegen om het geluid op mute te zetten.
We zijn erg tevreden tot nu toe. Komende dagen gaat het erg warm worden. Ik ben benieuwd hoeveel plezier het ons dan gaat opleveren voor zowel verkoeling als verjagen van muggen (we hebben veel last van muggen hier). Ik denk dat er ook in de woonkamer nog wel een gaat komen.
Met pre-order besteld en nadien vlot gebracht. Was met de handleiding makkelijk te installeren. Ziet er ook fraai uit en met stand 1 weinig geluid en lekkere verkoeling. Dadelijk ook geen last meer van muggen. Laat die 30 graden deze week maar komen!
