When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:

Ben klant van KPN en krijg zo nu en dan aanbiedingen, kortingen etc. Ook deze keer en ik las iets over Hombli, dat ik 50% korting kreeg op 1 van hun producten. Geen idee wat het was, dus wezen kijken en mijn oog viel direct op een elektrische kachel. De gasprijzen rijzen de pan uit en ik durf bijna de thermostaat hoger te zetten. S'avonds onder een plaidje voor de tv is prima , maar overdag kan dat natuurlijk niet. Dus besloot om deze zwarte van 2000W te bestellen, de reviews waren ZEER positief. Had hem snel binnen, de pootjes + wieltjes er onder gezet. Even de rest van de gebruiksaanwijzing gelezen, stekker in het stopcontact en de temperatuur ingesteld. Na 1 sec voelde ik de warmte al en na zo'n 10 min was de huiskamer al zeer aangenaam. Ik ben MEER dan blij met deze elektrische kachel!!!!!!!
Me encanta. He tenido de estos calefactores electricos varios, y este es el primero que me ayuda a ahorrar dinero y que me es eficiente. Todos los dias se enciende media hora antes de que empiece a trabajar en mi oficina, que es un shelter de madera en el que hace mucho frio. Cuando empiezo a las 9am, el lugar está templado y habitable. A veces si hace mucho calor, necesito abrir un poco la puerta, pero lo bueno es que no esta siempre prendido, solo se prende cuando la temperatura cae 2 grados debajo del valor que vos le asignaste. SI está en 16 grados pero cae a 14, se enciende hasta lograr los 16, si se pasa a 18, se apaga para llegar a 16 de nuevo. Me encanta.

Bestellt am 21.01.2026. Bis heute habe ich die Ware nicht erhalten. Bezahlt habe ich über Klarna. Das ist reiner Betrug. Nach mehr als einem Monat und nach Vorlage aller Beweise hat Klarna das Geld zurücküberwiesen. Der Verkäufer hat sich nicht einmal gemeldet. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder bei diesem Shop bestellen.
Mooi design, strak en functioneel. Werkt prima met de afstandsbediening maar ook de app werkt heel fijn. Wij gebruiken deze verwarming voor de ruimtes waar we overdag zijn zodat we niet het hele huis hoeven te verwarmen.
Goede aankoop voor een prima prijs. Zeer tevreden over de verwarming.

Werkt zoals t hoort. Mooi apparaat
Ik heb deze heater besteld omdat er bij ons op zolder geen verwarming is. Daardoor blijft het er fris en vochtig. Met deze heather is het nu in no time behaaglijk warm.
De bijbehorende app is ook gemakkelijk in gebruik.
Zeer tevreden over deze convention heater. Het is inmiddels al de 2e heater van Hombli die wij nu in ons bezit hebben. Doet wat wordt beloofd. Heeft een mooi design en staat goed bij onze inrichting. Kan deze zeer aanbevelen.
Top Gerät für einen guten Preis
Ik heb nu 3 van dit type smart convection radiatoren van verschillende merken, maar de Hombli is bij verre de betere van de 3. Enige nadeel is dat de wieltje wel heel makkelijk loskomen, maar de andere 2 hadden helemaal geen wieltjes.
Helemaal geintegreerd in mijn home automation systeem vind ik de ruimte aangenaam voorverwarmd wanneer ik er moet zijn. Weet uit vorige ervaringen dat de klantenservice ook super is, dus heb er alle vertrouwen in.
Hoeveel kwh verbruik het apparaat op jaar basis of per dag bij gebruik ervan want dat mis ik in de specificaties van het apparaat.

De Hombli Smart Convection Heater – 2000W Black Glass heeft een maximaal vermogen van 2000 watt (2 kW). Het daadwerkelijke verbruik per dag of per jaar hangt volledig af van:
- Hoeveel uur per dag je de kachel gebruikt
- Op welk vermogen (stand 1 = 1000W, stand 2 = 2000W)
- De ingestelde temperatuur en hoe vaak de thermostaat bijverwarmt
- De isolatie van de ruimte
Voorbeeldberekening:
Gebruik: 4 uur per dag op 2000W
→ 4 uur × 2 kWh = 8 kWh per dag
Ik hoop dat dit het duidelijk maakt, mochten er andere vragen zijn dan horen we dit graag!

Kan ik deze heater onder een overkapping plaatsen waar alleen de voorkant open van is? Komt dus geen direct water in de buurt maar kan natuurlijk wel een beetje klam zijn.
Dit is de enige zwarte vandaar dat ik deze graag wil en geen infrarood.

De Hombli Smart Convection Heater – 2000W Black Glass heeft een IP24-classificatie. Dit betekent dat het toestel:
- Beschermd is tegen spatwater (bijvoorbeeld druppels die onder een hoek op het product terechtkomen).
- Niet volledig waterdicht is en dus niet geschikt voor plekken waar het direct aan regen of forse condens wordt blootgesteld.
Kan hij onder een overkapping? Ja — in veel gevallen wel, maar alleen als:
- De heater niet direct in contact komt met regen of opspattend water.
- De omgeving droog tot licht vochtig is (zoals onder een overkapping die aan meerdere zijden gesloten is).
- De heater stevig en stabiel is geplaatst, en niet op de grond waar vocht kan ophopen.
Een overkapping met alleen de voorkant open is meestal prima, zolang de heater niet nat kan worden en niet in een vochtige buitenruimte gebruikt wordt waar condens langdurig ontstaat. Belangrijk:
- Buitenruimtes zijn nooit 100% voorspelbaar qua vocht—gebruik is dus voor eigen risico, maar binnen de IP24-limieten is het technisch toegestaan.
- De heater is officieel ontworpen voor gebruik binnenshuis, dus plaatsing in een overkapping is een grijze zone waarbij voorzichtigheid aanbevolen is.

- Hoge stand: 2000W (2 kW)
- Lage stand: 1000W (1 kW)
Het daadwerkelijke verbruik hangt af van:
- De ingestelde temperatuur
- De grootte en isolatie van de ruimte
- Hoe vaak en hoe lang de heater moet bijverwarmen
Tip: Via de Hombli‑app kunt u het verbruik optimaliseren door gebruik te maken van schema’s, thermostaatmodus en tijdsplanning.

Ja, de Hombli Smart Convection Heater is een echte convector. Dat betekent dat het paneel niet bedoeld is om warmte uit te stralen zoals bij een infrarood- of stralingspaneel. De warmte wordt via convectie naar boven "uitgeblazen", waardoor de lucht in de ruimte circuleert en gelijkmatig opwarmt.
