When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Makkelijk te installeren voelt degelijk aan en is via de app makkelijk te koppelen hoewel t eerst niet knipperde even op de aan uit knop en t werkt goed heb ook spotjes en daar ben ik ook heel tevreden mee en dat kan via de app op een groep bedient worden

We hebben 2 ropes gekocht voor op de kamers van de kinderen. 1 hangt mooi en 1 moeten we opnieuw en steviger bevestigen. De rope is best zwaar. We moeten alleen nog uitzoeken hoe we als familie allemaal de ropes kunnen bedienen. We hebben een bridge erbij gekocht maar als de ropes via 1 telefoon in de app gezet worden kunnen de andere ze niet bedienen. Maar voor nu zien ze er heel gezellig uit en gaan ervan uit dat we allemaal de ropes kunnen gaan bedienen.

Bedankt voor de mooie review! Het is inderdaad mogelijk om met meerdere personen de ropes te bedienen. Als je deze mensen allemaal toevoegt aan dezelfde familie in de app, zouden ze toegang moeten hebben tot alle apparaten in die familie. Het is alleen wel belangrijk dat ze verbonden zijn via de Bluetooth Bridge, en niet via een directe Bluetooth-verbinding van één telefoon. Waarschijnlijk zijn de ropes in dit geval per ongeluk verbonden via de Bluetooth op één van de telefoons. Dit kun je makkelijk controleren door de Bluetooth Bridge in de Hombli-app te openen; de ropes zouden dan onder dit scherm in de app moeten staan. Als dit niet het geval is, kun je ze hier opnieuw toevoegen. Vervolgens zouden alle familieleden de ropes tegelijkertijd moeten kunnen bedienen.

Met dit nieuwe product kan je elke vorm maken die je wil en daarmee je tuin opleuken. Ik heb samen met mijn dochter een ECG gemaakt en dat kleurt de zithoek nu elke avond op. Je kan het op vele manieren qua kleur en verloop programmeren!
Die erste Lichterkette mit laufendem wechselnden Licht innerhalb der Kette. Sogar Eigenkreationen sind möglich. Zudem hat es ein eingebautes Mikrofon und kann sogar über das Handymikrofon gesteuert werden.
Ik ben heel tevreden met het installeren van de neon rope. Het was even zoeken wat ik zelf het mooiste vind, maar het product werkt zoals staat beschreven en is makkelijk te bevestigen!

De Hombli NEON Tube kan helaas niet verlengd worden. Het is een vaste lengte en er kunnen geen extra segmenten aan gekoppeld worden.

Ik zou graag op de scheiding van mijn terras en gras een ledstrip willen installeren.
Ik moet een lengte van 10m overbruggen.
Kan je de Hombli Smart Neon Rope chainen? dus 2x 5m aaneen sluiten? Of werken deze gewoon apart (dus 2 stopcontacten ipv 1)?

Het is helaas niet mogelijk om meerdere Hombli NEON Ropes aan elkaar te koppelen of op één adapter aan te sluiten. Voor de 10 meter die je wilt overbruggen, zul je dus inderdaad twee stopcontacten moeten gebruiken.

In de beschrijving staat via Bluetooth en eventueel de bluetooth bridge? Kan deze niet net als alle andere Hombli producten via wifi aangestuurd worden?

De meeste Hombli-producten kun je direct met het WiFi-netwerk verbinden. Voor onze buitenproducten hebben we echter gekozen voor Bluetooth, omdat het WiFi-netwerk buiten vaak niet stabiel genoeg is. Een bijkomend voordeel van Bluetooth is dat je de producten ook zonder internetverbinding kunt bedienen via de Bluetooth-verbinding van je telefoon.
Als je de producten op afstand wilt bedienen of automatiseren, heb je inderdaad de Bluetooth Bridge nodig. Deze verbindt de apparaten met het WiFi-netwerk en zorgt voor een stabiel mesh-netwerk, waarbij alle verbonden apparaten het netwerk uitbreiden. Zodat alle appraten atijd een stabiele verbinding hebben zelfs bij een grote tuin.
Hopelijk beantwoordt dit je vraag. Mocht je nog meer vragen hebben over dit product, dan horen wij dat graag!
