When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:

2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.

Prima camera makkelijk installeren
Zeer goed product. Als de opname reactiesnelheid en de groothoek nog wat verbeterd kan worden is het een uitmuntend product.
Mijn solarcam 2k is na 2 dagen elke keer al weer leeg , elke 2 dagen de camera er af halen en opladen is erg lastig ..... misschien dat het in de zomer wel werkt , dat kan ik nog niet beoordelen omdat ik hem net 2 weken heb. (het is nu november)
Beeldkwaliteit is Trouwens wel prima als ie dan zn 2 dagen op een een opgeladen accu doet, mijn advies: koop gewoon een normale bedrade camera , het is wat meer werk maar om de 2 dagen laden in de winter word je ook niet blij van.

Bedankt voor je review en het delen van je ervaring met de Hombli Solar Cam 2K.
Wat vervelend om te horen dat de batterij van je camera zo snel leegloopt. De Solar Cam is ontworpen om met slechts 30 minuten zonlicht per dag voldoende opgeladen te blijven bij normaal gebruik. In de wintermaanden, wanneer er minder zonlicht is en de camera mogelijk vaker beweging detecteert (vooral in het donker met de spotlight aan), kan de batterij inderdaad sneller leeglopen.
We raden aan om ons online stappenplan te volgen om te controleren of je de instellingen kunt optimaliseren voor een langere batterijduur:

Ich habe die Outdoor Cam mit Solarpanel gekauft. Sehr gut ist der Magnetconnector um die Kamera einfach an den dazugehörigen Knauf zu klicken. Wirklich genial.
Ich habe noch vier andere Kameras (Solarcam) von Hombli. Die Battery Cam ist genauso super.
Ich kann die Kameras empfehlen und auch die App Nutzung und Verbindung ist einwandfrei.
This is my second solar cam. Good quality image, solid build and heavy battery . I have it pointed at my garden and while most of the day in the shade, even in winter, I was never below 50% power. Good app nice UI, also works with my hombli doorbell cam.

De zojuist aangeschafte camera gemonteerd om de achtertuin goed te kunnen overzien nadat in onze buurt diverse inbraken waren geconstateerd. Koppelen met de telefoon was zeer makkelijk. Ook de installatie was binnen 10 minuten gerealiseerd. Het beeld is zeer duidelijk en de reactie op bewegingen/geluiden is prima. De camera is nog te kort in werking om een goed beeld te schetsen over de batterijduur. Ik kom hier later op terug. Reden voor aanschaf van een Hombli-produkt is dat wij al 3 profukten van dit merk gebruiken en dit tot op heden tot volle tevredenheid
Hi, Kameras mit solar panel functioniert gut im Sommer, aber last nach im Winter.. leider!
habe verschieden Kameras auf Leiter Höhe montiert und when der 3W solar panel nicht nach füllt wird es schwierig die Kameras mit ein adapter zu laden.. Gefährliche kapriolen muss man dann machen um die Kameras auf Ladung zu bekommen.
Tageslicht im Winter zeigt auf den Display : LADEN. Aber wenn man im energie bereich checkt, bleibt die LAdung gleich..nimmt NICHT zu, leider. Nehme an das 3 W panel is unter-designed..( zu klein)
Wie kann Man das Bessern? großere Solar panels, oder 2 auf ein kamera? Hombli mach ein angebnot?
Kann mich gut vorstellen das die 2K kameras mit on top montiert Solar panel ein miss geburt sind...
Super Kamera mit langer Batteriekapazität, sicherlich 4 bis 6 Mte. Wir haben bei uns die gesamte Wohnung und ein Haus mit Hombli ausgestattet (auch Sensoren etc) . Leider zeigen sich bei einer Kamera bereits nach knapp zwei Jahren, dass sie sich nicht mehr laden lässt und nur am Akkupack noch betrieben werden kann. So wird sie nutzlos. Leider überlegen wir deshalb, alles auf ein neues System umzuwandeln, da wir bedenken haben, dass alle Kameras nun schon bald den Geist aufgeben. Deshalb: eigentlich super, aber …
Hij oogt heel degelijk, installatie gemakkelijk, maar: de eerste dag geweldig, vervolgens gaat hij tekens offline, terwijl de wifi-versterker 1 meter verder zit aan aan de binnenkant van een half-steense muur. Ook na opnieuw installeren geen verbetering.
Op mijn ingezonden vraag nog geen antwoord gehad !!

Funktioniert nur bei direkter Sonnenbestrahlung, sonst Accu sehr schnell lehr. War nach knapp 1Jahr in Betrieb def. liess sich nicht mehr aufladen.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung zur Hombli Solar Cam 2K. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Ihre Kamera nach einem Jahr nicht mehr funktioniert und sich nicht mehr aufladen lässt.
Wie Sie richtig sagen, benötigt die Solar Cam Sonnenlicht, um die Batterie aufzuladen – allerdings sollte sie auch bei bewölktem Wetter genügend Energie erhalten, um den Akku auf einem akzeptablen Niveau zu halten. Wenn die Kamera nur bei direkter Sonneneinstrahlung funktioniert und der Akku sich schnell entlädt, deutet das auf ein technisches Problem hin. Bei normalem Gebrauch – ohne ständig aktivierte Spotlight-Funktion – sollte der Akku mehrere Monate halten.
Da Ihre Kamera sich nicht mehr aufladen lässt, scheint hier ein Defekt vorzuliegen, der selbstverständlich unter die Garantie fällt. Bitte wenden Sie sich direkt an unser Support-Team unter support@hombli.com, damit wir Ihnen schnellstmöglich weiterhelfen können.

Good construction quality. Still to verify the duration of the battery. At the moment it is installed in a corner not in the full sun and the battery drained after a week. This was the initial charge with wich the camera was delivered though. Probably adjusting the surveillance settings and after a full fresh charge the situation will improve.
Tipptopp , nichts einzuwenden funktioniert und erfüllt den Sinn und Zweck. Bin total begeistert und kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

This camera I allready own a year and havent charged it once via an adapter. In the winter the camera doesnt stay topped up, in the summer it does, easily. Image quality is good and I like the spotlight and sound alarm function, as a preset, during surveillance periods.
We installed this product in our allotment garden because uninvited guests sometimes come by. This camera takes top shots in 2K day and night. The installation was super easy - and was very well explained step by step in the APP. For the price - can you can't go wrong!
Now using the solar cam for a while. Because of the solar panel the camera doesn't need to be charged, which is very nice! In addition, the camera is easy to pair, the image quality is good and the product looks great!
Works perfectly. The camera has now been in use for over 2 weeks. For a short time the battery charge was at 95% due to configurations and intensive use. The battery charge is now back to 100%. I'm curious to see how it behaves in winter.
Is de batterycam draaibaar?

De Hombli Battery Cam 2K is niet op afstand draaibaar via de app. Je kunt de camera wel eenvoudig in de gewenste kijkrichting plaatsen dankzij de magnetische houder.
Als je de camera via de app wilt kunnen draaien en kantelen, dan raden we de Hombli Pan & Tilt Camera of de Hombli Bulb Camera aan.

Muss die Kamera zwinend an ein WLAN NEtz angeschlossen werden? oder funktioniert es auch ohne? WEil einsatz wäre weiter vom WOhnhaus entfernt, dort bestehr kein Internetanschluss....

Ja, die Kamera muss zwingend mit einem WLAN-Netzwerk verbunden sein, um ordnungsgemäß zu funktionieren. Sie benötigt eine Internetverbindung, um:
- Live-Videos zu streamen,
- Benachrichtigungen zu senden,
- Aufnahmen in der Cloud oder auf dem Smartphone zu speichern,
- und über die Hombli App gesteuert zu werden.
Ohne WLAN ist die Nutzung der Kamera leider nicht möglich. Für Standorte ohne Internetanschluss empfehlen wir eventuell eine mobile Lösung mit einem WLAN-Hotspot über ein LTE-Router, sofern Mobilfunkempfang vorhanden ist.

Wie genau wird die Kamera magnetisch befestigt? Die Verbindung zwischen Halbkugel und der Wandhalterung ist sehr wackelig! Im Manual ist nichts dazu beschrieben. Ich dachte, die Kamera hält direkt auf einem metallenen Untergrund…?

Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, die Hombli Battery Cam zu befestigen: mit einer Wandhalterung mit Gewinde und mit einer magnetischen Wandhalterung. Die magnetische Wandhalterung muss ebenfalls mit den mitgelieferten Dübeln und Schrauben an der Wand montiert werden. Sobald die magnetische Wandhalterung montiert ist, können Sie die Kamera einfach in dem gewünschten Winkel befestigen. Diese magnetische Halterung sollte sehr stabil sein, sodass die Kamera immer im gleichen Winkel bleibt.
Es ist nicht möglich, die Kamera ohne die mitgelieferte magnetische Wandhalterung aufzuhängen, daher ist es nicht möglich, sie auf einer Metalloberfläche zu befestigen.

Kann die Hombli App auch auf einem Windows PC installiert werden oder ist es nur für Smartphones geeignet

die Hombli-App ist nur für das Handy verfügbar. In einigen Versionen von Windows ist es jedoch möglich, Android-Apps zu installieren. Leider wird Microsoft dieses Projekt einstellen, aber im Moment sollte es auf einigen Rechnern möglich sein. Möglicherweise müssen Sie einige Einstellungen ändern und einige Workarounds anwenden. Wenn Sie sich damit wohl fühlen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte unter support@hombli.com, um einen Link für die .apk-Datei zu erhalten, die Sie zum Herunterladen und Installieren der Anwendung auf Ihrem Windows-PC benötigen.
