When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Voel je thuis veilig met de witte rookmelder van Hombli. Het apparaat geeft een luid alarm van meer dan 85 dB als er rook wordt gedetecteerd, zodat u het alarm overal in huis gemakkelijk kunt horen. Naast het traditionele alarm, ontvang je ook direct een melding op jouw telefoon. Hierdoor wordt je altijd op tijd gealarmeerd als er brand is in jouw huis, waar je ook bent.
Met de Hombli app heb je altijd hulp direct binnen handbereik. Als de rookmelder brand detecteert, geeft hij duidelijke instructies over wat je moet doen om veilig te blijven. Ook kun je in een gevaarlijke situatie snel de hulpdiensten bellen vanuit de Hombli app.
Als je het alarm per ongeluk activeert, bijvoorbeeld door een uit de hand gelopen kookexperiment, kun je het alarm eenvoudig met je telefoon uitschakelen. Je hoeft dus niet op een stoel te klimmen om op de rookmelder te drukken om het alarm uit te zetten.
Het ophangen van de Hombli Slimme Rookmelder duurt slechts enkele seconden door de magnetische houder met dubbelzijdige 3M tape. Eventueel kun je de magnetische houder ook ophangen met de meegeleverde schroeven.
De interne batterijen van de Hombli Smart Smoke Detector gaan 10 jaar mee. Je hoef dus geen zorgen te maken over het vervangen van de batterijen gedurende de levensduur van de rookmelder. Het apparaat zal elke week automatisch testen of de batterijen en sensoren nog goed werken. In de Hombli app kun je ook altijd de huidige status van de batterijen bekijken. Ook kun je hier zien wanneer er een automatische test is uitgevoerd. Als de batterij-status laag is, stuurt de rookmelder je direct een melding zodat je tijd hebt om actie te ondernemen en het apparaat te vervangen.
Deze slimme rookmelder werkt naadloos samen met andere slimme producten van Hombli. Je kunt al je Hombli apparaten eenvoudig toevoegen aan één app. Zo heb je altijd al jouw slimme apparaten altijd binnen handbereik. Met deze app kun je ook slimme scenario's maken. Zo is het bijvoorbeeld mogelijk om jouw slimme lampen van Hombli automatisch aan te zetten wanneer er rook wordt gedetecteerd, zodat je jouw huis veilig kunt evacueren als er ’s nachts brand uitbreekt.

We wanted a smart smoke alarm that had an aesthetic appeal and this fits the bill. It was a bit tricky to set up but only because the written instructions omitted to say press the logo quickly four times. It doesn't sound like much but it was the difference between me considering returning the device and eventually getting it to pair with my phone. The magnets make removal for cleaning easy and the app is really easy to use with additional helpful information. Am considering purchasing an additional detector for extra protection.
Eenvoudig te installeren, wel duur voor wat hij doet
I ordered three pcs. A lot of errors from the shipper, messages that it was delivered, but was not! Norway affiliate sent message that parcel had been delivered. Contacted them, they then told med the shipment was in the Netherlands.
Still no response from Hombli customer sevice (24 hours since complaint). And the this auto message asking if I am happy with the smoke detectors I never received. Thought Hombli was a serious company!?

Deze producten zijn moeilijk te installeren.
De handleiding is ook bijna niet leesbaar - zeer zeer kleine tekst.
Ook hier is het schrijven van een beoordeling met zeer klein lettertype.

The Hombli Smoke Detector comes with a magnetic mount that can be attached to the ceiling using either the included 3M tape or the provided screw and plug. Given that your car parking stand has a wooden roof, I recommend using the screw method for a more secure installation, as 3M tape may not adhere well to wood. However, if the wooden surface is smooth, the 3M tape could also be effective.

Is de batterij vervangbaar ?

De levensduur van de batterij van onze rookmelders is ongeveer 10 jaar. Na deze periode raden we aan om het hele apparaat te vervangen, omdat andere onderdelen na verloop van tijd ook kunnen verslechteren. Daarom is de batterij niet vervangbaar; het is veiliger en effectiever om de rookmelder na 10 jaar volledig te vervangen.
