When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

The Hombli Smart Bluetooth Bridge gives you the possibility to add smart sensors to your Hombli smart home system. It is literally the bridge between your Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth sensors, such as motion sensors or contact sensors.
Instant notifications
Receive notifications on your phone as soon as the sensors come into action. This way you always stay informed of what’s happening no matter where you are.
Easy installation
Use the Hombli app to connect the Smart Bluetooth Bridge directly to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz). This hub uses energy-efficient, secure and reliable Bluetooth technology to connect to sensors.
Expand with motion sensors
With the Hombli Smart Bluetooth PIR Motion Sensor, you will receive notifications on your phone as soon as movement is detected. This sensor can also be used as a trigger for scenarios. This gives you home automation options, such as automatically switching on smart lights when movement Is detected.
Expand with contact sensors
With the Hombli Smart Bluetooth Contact Sensor, you will receive a notification on your phone as soon as a door/window is opened or closed. This sensor can also be used as a trigger for scenarios. This gives you home automation options, such as switching on smart lights when you open a door or receiving a notification when a window is left open while it rains.

Easy to install with good coverage. Only setting timers does not always function. Used it to link my outdoor lights.
Top - funktioniert hervorragend. Steuert völlig reibungslos 2 Water Controler, Verbindung ließ sich sehr einfach einrichten. Ich hatte zwei Bridges bestellt da ich Sorge hatte, die Reichweite (Bluetooth) könnte nicht ausreichen um die beiden weit auseinander liegenden Water Controler zu erreichen - Sorge unbegründet, Verbindung steht stabil. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Hi Hombli team,
I am considering purchasing the Hombli Smart Bluetooth Bridge to control my two Hombli Smart Water Controller 2 devices. I would like to confirm if the Bluetooth Bridge must be within range of both my home Wi-Fi router and the Bluetooth signals of both water controllers in order to function properly.
Additionally, I am considering placing the Bluetooth Bridge in an outdoor socket to ensure it is within range of both devices and home wi-fi signal. Could you please advise whether there is any waterproof protection available for the Bluetooth Bridge if it is installed outdoors?

Thank you for your message, and apologies for the delayed response — some of our team members are currently on holiday, which may slightly affect our response times.
To clarify your question: the Hombli Smart Bluetooth Bridge should be placed in a location where it has a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, while also being within Bluetooth range of your Smart Water Controller 2 devices. Fortunately, the bridge has a Bluetooth range of up to 90 meters, which usually provides enough flexibility to find a suitable indoor spot.
Please note that the Bluetooth Bridge is not suitable for outdoor use and does not offer waterproof protection. We therefore recommend installing it indoors, ideally near a window or outer wall if needed.

Will this bridge communicate with any Bluetooth device and can it be connected to HOME ASSISTANT
Hello,
You can connect all Bluetooth Hombli products to this Bluetooth Bridge, including our outdoor lights, sensors, radiator thermostat, and water controller. Additionally, other Tuya-compatible products that operate on Bluetooth can be connected to this Bluetooth Bridge. However, it is not possible to connect other Bluetooth devices to this Bluetooth Bridge. It also does not work on Home Assistant, but you can control all connected devices using Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, and Siri Shortcuts.

You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
