When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

- Image quality is really very good. Very happy and definitely recommend.

Op zich ben ik heel tevreden met de 4K camera’s en het hombli ecosysteem. Maar helaas zijn van twee buitencamera’s nu de lenzen dof geslagen. Eenzelfde camera die binnen hangt heeft daar geen last van.
Het twee is dat de meldingen en daarmee blijkbaar ok de opnamen soms te laat starten. Ze staan allemaal op maximale gevoeligheid, maar regelmatig zijn ze te laat. Dat geld voor zowel deurbel, de drie 4K pt camera’s en iok de twee zonnecel camera’s. Het lijkt me een software probleem.

Mooi beeld, ook in donker. Geweldig zoals je de camera alle kanten op kan laten kijken. En een ruime functionaliteit zoals ingebouwde schijnwerper, microfoon, luidspreker, etc. Met een simpel SD kaartje kan je voldoende data opslaan. Via de Cloud is dus niet nodig. Een iets grotere wijdhoek vooral in vertikale richting zou nog beter zijn omdat mijn camera op bijna 3.80m hoog gemonteerd moet worden. Maar de horizontale wijdhoek beslaat gemakkelijk de 90 graden vanuit de hooek waar hij hangt.
Maar tot nu dus toe heel tevreden.
Ik gebruik het voor mijn garage poort van zo dra die open gaat krijg ik bericht op mijn iPhone als ook op mijn iwatch
Na het lezen van de reviews, 2 camera's aangeschaft. Helder beeld, goede eigenschappen en makkelijk in gebruik. Juist voor dummys zoals ik. Prijs kwaliteit is super.
De camera is zeer eenvoudig te monteren en installeren. De Hombli app is overzichtelijk. Camera reageert prima op beweging, ook als het donker is. Beschikt over een handige functie met verlichting bij bewegingsdetectie.
Goede beeldkwaliteit en eenvoudig te installeren. Geeft breed en duidelijk zicht. Echt een goede aanvulling op de Hombli collectie.
Easy to install with sharp pictures. I like to other camera from Hombli which you can tilt with the app better though.

Sadly the USB kabel is not easily replaceable, maybe a local repair shop can solder a new cable to the PCB of the camera?
... eine sehr enttäuschende Antwort. kein simples Reparieren möglich, kein Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit ohne das Gerät zu beschädigen.
Keine Weiterempfehlung, keine Weiterführung meinerseits. Nehmt Abstand von diesen Geräten ! Desweitern sofern Service benoetigt wird ist Chatbot Service-Level 1. Kundenbindung und Servicegüt leider hier ein Manko.

Wir haben versucht, gemeinsam mit Ihnen nach einer Lösung zu suchen. In diesem Fall handelt es sich leider um Nutzerschaden, der nicht unter die Standardgarantie fällt. Der USB-Anschluss ist fest mit der Kamera verbunden und trägt zur Wasserfestigkeit des Geräts bei, weshalb ein einfacher Austausch nicht möglich ist.
Wir empfehlen, eventuell bei Ihrer Hausratversicherung nachzufragen, ob solche Schäden abgedeckt sind. Leider können wir in diesem Fall keine Reparatur oder kostenlosen Ersatz anbieten.

Bin gerade auf die Homboli Seite gegangen, um Hilfe für mein abgebrochenen Stecker am Kamerakabel zu suchen. Dort finde ich ein Beitrag von jemandem, dem anscheinend das Gleiche passiert ist. Aus der Antwort von Homboli entnehme ich, dass es weder Ersatz noch Reperatur gibt. Hätte mich auch ehrlich gesagt schon gewundert. Denn heutzutage ist fast nur Neukauf angesagt. Man soll mutmasslich nichts reparieren. Aber ohnehin bin ich von Homboli Produkten enttäuscht. Sie funktionieren einfach nicht. So auch mein drahtloser Kontaktschalter. So oft habe ich ihn versucht einzustellen und diverse resets durchgeführt. Auf Annfrage beim Homboli Kundendienstmanegment erhält man als Antwort, „ machen Sie mal ein testet“! Danke! Das weiss bereits fast jede Hausfrau.

Top notch, the setup is super easy and I can tell that I have never seen that with remote products to configure, here it’s awesome with this camera, the 360 check is a bargain, the definition is also great. At the end I would prefer HOMBLI compared to similar products.

Gweldige camera. Makkelijk te installeren, Scherp beeld, je **** hem vanaf de telefoon naar alle kanten draaien, hij neemt alle bewegingen op en speelt die feilloos af als je ze wil zien, je **** hem moeiteloos op diverse manieren instellen, kortom een perfecte camera.

Comprato queste telecamere in sostituzione di altre di un altra marca che avevo da qualche anno perché mi davano un problema insolito. Allora ci siamo decisi di comprare queste nuove telecamere di video sorveglianza. L’installazione e la configurazione di base è davvero molto semplice ed intuitiva. Forse la cosa meno semplice risultano gli scenari, sto ancora cercando di impostare al meglio le cose, vedrò se riesco a fare ciò che desidero. Comunque la qualità delle immagini è davvero molto buona. Sono davvero contento e le consiglio sicuramente.
I have used many cameras, and have been disappointed. The Hombli Bulb Cam was very easy to set up, has amazing features. This was the second one i purchased, the first has been working without a glitch for a year now.

Verrassend goed beeld. Haarscherp. Zelfs ‘s nachts. Super eenvoudig te installeren. Van eerder gelezen trage verbinding met Wifi merk ik niks. Camera reageert snel en doet wat het moet doen. Zeer tevreden.

Not always a view but most probable tjis is wen the internet connection is not to good.

I love the ONVif compatibility. Inexpensive solution to add a good camera to my existing Synology.
So just installed my first og two cameras. Image quality is very good, installation guide was easy to read and the installation went perfect with no problems. Other than the WiFi.
The WiFi connection is really bad. All other outdoor smart divices has no problem connecting to my WiFi. I even put up a repeater to help solve the problem - it made it a little better. The camera is laggy, and really slow to respond to commands from the app. Hard to control the movement of the camera.
My old camera had much better WiFi range, and also had to external antennas, dont know if thats why the WiFi range was better on those.
So that is the only bad thing to says, but never the less a big issue for operating the camera.
