When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

We have enjoyed the lights, daily Christmas set, then blue&yellow for an important football game and finally a rocket like colour explosion for new yerars celebration. This is only so far, we might keep it up the full year!

Der Baum ist ansich ganz gut und orginell, einfach der Aufbau, der ist etwas komplizierter.
Was mich sehr entäuscht hat ist, dass ich noch Zollgebühren bezahlen musste, wo ich davon ausgegangen bin, dass ich den Artikel in der Schweiz bestelle, zumal man ja noch drauf hingewiesen wird.
Ich werde leider nichts mehr bei Ihnen bestellen, da auch schon beim letzten mal Zollgebühren anfielen. Schade
Viel Zeit verbracht mit dem Aufstellen, dann grosse Freude gehabt an diesem hübschen Baum.
Aber leider nur zwei Wochen!! Jetzt ist bereits der Adapter kaputt und es es geht gar nichts mehr!

Kleur veranderen van kerstboom
Hallo John,
Je kunt inderdaad de kleur van de lampjes van de Hombli Smart Christmas Tree aanpassen via de Hombli-app. Als je de boom al hebt verbonden met de app en de lampjes blijven rood, ook nadat je de kleur hebt gewijzigd, dan kan dit wijzen op een probleem met de verbinding in de kabels.
Wat kun je doen:
- Controleer of alle stekkertjes goed zijn aangesloten.
- Schroef de verbindingen stevig vast zodat er geen losse contacten zijn.
- Probeer daarna opnieuw de kleur aan te passen in de app.
Blijven de lampjes nog steeds rood? Neem dan contact met ons op via support@hombli.com, zodat we kunnen nagaan wat er aan de hand is en of er mogelijk een onderdeel vervangen moet worden.

- Improved tubes: These are now packed more compactly, making the package smaller and easier to handle.
- Click system: Instead of a threaded connection, version 2 uses a convenient click system, which makes installation much simpler and faster.
All smart features, such as control via the Hombli app, voice control, and light settings, remain unchanged.
