When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses our own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping of products. Products from our own warehouse are commonly shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6,95. Outside of the Netherlands shipping costs are €7,95. Shipping is free for orders above €75,- in the European Union.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

With the Hombli Smart Outdoor String Light, you can add a warm and cozy atmosphere to your garden, balcony, patio, or any other outdoor area. This smart outdoor light is 5 meters long and has 10 bulbs (DC12V) with warm white light. The string light is specially designed for outdoors and is weatherproof (IP65). With the Hombli app, you can control the string light from any location and adjust the brightness to your preference.
Control with your phone
With the app, you can control the string lights with your smartphone at any time at home, on the go, and even abroad. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, you can easily use smart features: switch the lights on/off, dim the brightness, and create scenarios.
Automate your lighting
With the scenario feature, you can easily automate your light string with triggers such as the weather, sunrise/sunset, and more. In the app, it is also possible to set schedules and timers.
Voice control with voice assistants
Got your hands full? Then ask the Google Assistant, Alexa, or Siri to take control! The string light is also easy to connect to smart speakers such as Google Home Mini, Google Nest Hub, or Amazon Echo Dot.
Designed for outdoor use
The Hombli Smart String Light is specially designed for use in outdoor environments such as the garden, balcony, or terrace. This string light is IP65 weatherproof and is protected against rain and dust. The String Light is also easy to extend with the extension kit for a maximum length of 15 meters (sold separately).
Easy installation
Via the Hombli app, you pair the string light directly to your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz). You don't need an extra accessory like a bridge or hub. The lightbulb sockets have mounting holes that allow you to hang them in different ways. Hanging methods differ per situation, please ask for professional advice at your local DIY store.

We highly respect your privacy and make every effort to protect it. Our cloud servers are secured by Amazon and located in Frankfurt, Germany, where privacy standards are very high. Your data is always stored, used, and deleted in accordance with European privacy guidelines and only you have access to it.

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
