Who we are
Avanca International is a scale up company based in The Hague, The Netherlands and already 15+ years active in the development, marketing, and distribution of consumer electronics, usually under the umbrella brands of the company, Sinji, Avanca, Hombli. Additionally, we also develop dedicated private label brands for our clients.
In 2019 we founded the smart home brand Hombli (Winner of the Diamond awards Smart Home category 2020 DISTREE Monaco). Hombli stands out from other smart home brands, by offering a wide and horizontal range of solutions, fully developed and supported in-house. Hombli is all about creating an effortless and carefree smart home experience, thereby improving well-being in and around the home.
In a turbulent growth track in the past decade, we gained multiple prestigious awards in the last decade, ranging from (fast) growth awards, such as the winning the Deloitte fast 500 for hardware (2015), or the European Business awards, Business of the year (Ruban d’honneur), to various design awards, such as multiple Red Dot awards.
Along the way we had many high and also sometimes also lows, where we persisted and dealt with these challenges accurately, learning us a lot more. The last years, the company showed again an incredible steep growth path and much more of that is expected. Our products are available at thousands of store shelves throughout Europe already and we reach millions of consumers, weekly, in an online context.
From The Hague, the Netherlands, a team of 30 professionals, works almost day and night, to continually improve our brands, products, and user experiences. We try to deliver on both the software-, as well as the hardware side, in minute detail, with the goal of giving consumers an awesome (long term) journey, when they decide to adopt our products. The way we would like to receive them ourselves!
