When will I receive my product?

Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days. For orders from Switzerland, our local partner handles the processing to ensure a smooth import process and manage any duties and taxes. Therefore, shipping times may be slightly longer.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.

How can I track my order?

Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code.  In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.

Can I return a product?

All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:

1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Hear the doorbell from anywhere in your home 
Hear a traditional doorbell besides getting notifications on your phone with the Hombli Chime 2. Connect your smart doorbell with one or more chimes to hear the doorbell from anywhere in your home. The Hombli Chime 2 has an extra loud speaker with an adjustable volume of 25dB to 110dB. With the 21 included different sound alerts, you can pick your favorite sound alert. The nice compact design with cloth finish fits perfectly in every home. 

Easy wired or wireless installation 
The Hombli Smart Doorbell 2 is easily mounted with double-sided 3M tape or screws and the included wall bracket. You can choose between a normal bracket (“Bracket”) and one with an optimized viewing angle towards your walkway (“Corner Mount”). Installation can be done with the wires of your traditional doorbell or completely wireless with the built-in battery. The rechargeable battery has a capacity of 5000 mAh and a lifespan of 3 – 6 months, depending on how often the doorbell rings and how much movement is being detected. If you follow the steps in the included manual thoroughly, you will be done in several minutes. Last but not least you connect the doorbell to your WiFi network (2.4Ghz) via the free Hombli app and it’s ready for use. 

Smart Doorbell without a paid subscription 
The doorbell with camera and WiFi can be used in combination with a Micro SD-card (maximum capacity 128GB). This way you save your videos and images for free and replay them without paid subscription as with many other doorbell providers.

Fine doorbell

Doorbell works like a charm. Clear view, long battery life and using the integration with the app it's easy to automate stuff, e.g: switch on the hall.light when the bell rings during darkness.

it is not working verry wel the doorbell is going off-line the whole time.
when its working and i have a visitor who is ringing the bell it takes al lot of time to connect to the doorbell, most of the time the visitor is gone already.

Grote vertraging.

Ik heb twee van deze Hombli al een paar jaar, één zit zelfs direct naast de meterkast met supergoede ontvangst, dus. In die jaren is het één keer gelukt de beller te spreken. Doorgaans duurt contact krijgen zóooo lang, dat de beller al weg is. Ook beweging wordt slechts soms en met vertraging gemeld. Beetje jammer!

Ik heb hem nu 3 jaar en deed het prima, maar hij verbindt opeens niet meer en krijg het niet opgelost. Het lijkt erop dat er een fout in het systeem zit. Heel erg zonde.

Teveel betaald, week later in de aanbieding

Vorige week Hombli Smart Doorbell Pack online gekocht en deze week is die in de aanbieding vanwege de Mega Summer Sale. Gelukkig had ik ‘m nog niet uitgepakt, omdat ik het voor mijn moeder had gekocht. Contact opgenomen met support van Hombli en de enige procedure is, pakket terugsturen en Hombli Smart Doorbell Pack opnieuw bestellen. Jammer voor het milieu en voor mijn extra verzendkosten, maar dat ga ik wel doen. Het scheelt me te veel.

Ik had het dus gelukkig nog niet aangesloten bij mijn moeder. Ik had zelf ook zo’n bel gekocht, ongeveer een maand geleden. Ik had dezelfde problemen met de deurbel als op het internet staat. De bel knippert fanatiek blauw bij het opladen, wat erg irritant is (en ik niet opgelost kreeg) en het alarm gaat af zodra je de bel uit de standaard haalt, ook erg irritant (op te lossen door deze direct uit te zetten). Ik mis de optie in de app om het alarm uit te zetten. Daarbij had ik de vorige versie en die had in de Chime, hetzelfde geluid als de deurbel zelf, dus 2x dingdong. De Chime van de nieuwere versie doet helaas maar 1x dingdong, ik mis erg de 2de dingdong.

De reden waarom ik het product toch ook voor mijn moeder koop, is dat het product niet Amerikaans of Chinees is en kan opnemen op SD-card zonder maandelijkse kosten.
