When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses our own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping of products. Products from our own warehouse are commonly shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6,95. Outside of the Netherlands shipping costs are €7,95. Shipping is free for orders above €75,- in the European Union.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Installing the Hombli Smart Indoor Camera is quick and easy. Just place the compact indoor camera on any flat surface such as a shelf or cabinet, plug the adapter into an electrical outlet and connect the camera directly to a Wi-Fi network and the Hombli app. With the included 3M tape, you can also easily stick the camera to a wall.
Control with your phone
With the Hombli app, you control the smart security camera from anywhere. Switch the smart camera on and off, make recordings and review images via the user-friendly interface. Download the Hombli app for free via Google Play or the App Store.
Reliable and secure
This smart wifi camera complies with strict EU privacy laws (AVG). Video images are stored protected on a microSD or in the cloud (optional) and are only visible via the Hombli app.

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
