When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses its own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping products. Items from our warehouse are typically shipped within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95. For destinations outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost is €7.95. Shipping is free for orders above €75 within the European Union, except for special product discounts and campaigns.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

bought these cables to extend the range of my smart pathway lights in my garden.
these are perfect to add a couple of more lights.
Zeer klantonvriendelijk bedrijf. Ze sturen geopende/incomplete producten en productbeschrijvingen op website zijn zeer onduidelijk en kloppen niet. Let vooral goed op bij de kabels om uit te breiden/te verlengen; deze niet compatibel met de lichtsnoeren. Dit staat nergens genoemd op de website, sterker: de verlengkabels worden zelfs bij te combineren producten geplaatst icm de lichtsnoeren. Om vervolgens de klant voor de retourkosten te laten opdraaien.
Ich benötige ich ein längeres (5 m Kabel) vom Trafo zu meinem Hombli Smart Light String (das beiliegende Kabel ist nur 2,5 m). Welches Kabel muß ich bestellen?

vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage. Für die Hombli Smart Light String ist aktuell leider nur das mitgelieferte Kabel von 2,5 m erhältlich. Ein direkt kompatibles Verlängerungskabel von 5 m ist nicht verfügbar, und die Verlängerungskabel der Pathway Lights sind hierfür nicht geeignet.
Sie können jedoch ein zusätzliches identisches Verlängerungskabel (wie das bereits beiliegende) anschließen, um die Länge zu erhöhen. Bitte wenden Sie sich hierzu an unseren Support unter support@hombli.com, damit meine Kollegen die Verfügbarkeit prüfen und Ihnen ggf. ein passendes Kabel anbieten können.

Kan deze ook aangesloten worden op de outdoor light string? Om bij een stopcontact te komen?

Dank je wel voor je vraag! De Pathway/Spot Light Extension Cable kan helaas niet worden aangesloten op de Outdoor Light String. Deze kabel is uitsluitend geschikt voor de Hombli Pathway Lights en de Hombli Spot Lights.
De connectoren van de Outdoor Light String zijn anders, waardoor ze niet compatibel zijn.
Mocht je willen verlengen om een stopcontact te bereiken, dan raden we aan om een geschikte buitensnoer/Outdoor extension cable te gebruiken die losstaat van het Hombli-systeem.

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
