When will I receive my product?
Hombli uses our own warehouse in The Hague for packing and shipping of products. Products from our own warehouse are commonly shipped from the Netherlands within 1-2 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6,95. Outside of the Netherlands shipping costs are €7,95. Shipping is free for orders above €75,- in the European Union.
How can I track my order?
Hombli sends products that fit through the mailbox without tracking code. In case the product will be send by parcel service, you can request the tracking code at our customer service.
If, by unforeseen circumstances, you did not receive your order, contact our customer service.
Can I return a product?
All products can be returned within 30 days. To return a product, follow the following procedure:
1. Contact our customer service
2. The customer service will send you a return number and return address.
3. Use the return number, return address and instructions to return the product.
4. Depending on the reason of return, you will receive back the money paid or a replacement product.
5. If the return has not been handled as per return instructions, Hombli cannot guarantee proper handling of the return process.

Do I need a subscription to use Hombli products?
You can use all Hombli products for free using the Hombli app. We do notcharge any additional fees for using the products. Optionally you can order a Cloud subscription to store recordings online. This is completely optional, because you can also store the recordings locally on a sd-card. The choice is yours!
